Collection: Ellen Edminson

Ellen Edminson (1973) is educated at the University of Wolverhampton, UK (1999-2002) and Einar Granum Art School, Oslo (1994-1997).

Edminson mainly works with photopolymer gravure printing; an environmentally friendly and relatively new graphic technique in which she has specialized. The technique opens up new, exciting possibilities such as combining photography with the old gravure printing technique. The artist draws inspiration from travels and people she has met on her way, but wants the images to be open to the viewer's own interpretations and stories.
